Extension of the Kontrax-Direct Services facility with a new building, located in the northern section of a 12,745 sq m site at 272 Botevgradsko Shose Blvd., near 46th St., in the Vrazhdebna district.The project involves a mixed-use building with a ground floor and three above-ground levels, featuring a footprint of 1,975 sq m and a total gross floor area of 6,873 sq m. One part of the building accommodates warehouse zones and a service center, while the other section is designed for office spaces and additional storage areas, ensuring an efficient combination of administrative and operational functions.
Administrative building and warehouse of Bebelan
A newly developed warehouse and office facility situated on a 7,354 sq m site in the Vodentsata area, German. The project features a single-storey warehouse volume complemented by a dedicated administrative section comprising three above-ground floors and one basement level.The building has a footprint of 2,795 sq m and a total above-ground gross floor area of 4,334 sq m, designed to ensure optimal functionality and efficient workflow. The main warehouse area includes clearly organized storage zones, loading and unloading areas, and technical premises. The administrative section accommodates modern office spaces, a welcoming reception area, and staff facilities, providing a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Production and warehouse complex of Ekokom Group, located on a 26,902 sq m site near Lars Larsen St., Bozhurishte Economic Zone, in the territory of Gurmazovo village.The project envisions a standalone building with a total gross floor area of 10,532 sq m. It is designed with a primary single-storey production volume and a two-storey service section.The facility includes a production area for bacterial products based on microbial cultures, manufacturing of personalized probiotics and metabioitcs, production of starter cultures and biologically active substances, as well as packaging and support areas.The complex also comprises warehouse zones for the storage of raw materials and finished products, along with an office building featuring staff facilities.

Comprehensive reconstruction, renovation, and extension of an existing industrial building into a modern food production facility. The building is part of Industrial Park Rozhen 41, located in the southern section of the 88,251 sq m site at 41 Rozhen Blvd., in the Iliyantsi West Industrial Zone.The existing structure has a footprint of 2,118 sq m and comprises a single-storey and a three-storey volume.The single-storey section, measuring approximately 90 x 20 m, accommodates the main production area for protein and dessert muesli bars, a temperature-controlled storage zone for raw materials and finished products, and a newly added loading and unloading area. The three-storey section is designed to include a reception area, staff facilities, and office spaces, ensuring a functional integration of administrative and production activities.
