Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment “Ramus”

The technological design of the new “Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment, Diagnostic and Consultation Center, and Pharmacy for dispensing medicinal products to citizens” includes two independent functions:a multiprofile hospital for active treatment with 117 inpatient beds, and a diagnostic and consultation center with a pharmacy.Connections between the two structures are planned to allow shared use of laboratories and imaging diagnostics. A restaurant with 240 seats is also предусмотрен, which will prepare food for the hospital and operate independently. On the second floor, a Sports and Rehabilitation Center is located, including a fitness gym, a group training hall, separate changing rooms for men and women with lockers, and service areas with showers and WC.The project includes a total of 67 parking spaces, distributed as follows: 46 parking spaces in the underground garage, of which 5 are designated for electric vehicles (EVs) with the necessary charging infrastructure, and 21 parking spaces outside the building, of which 6 are accessible for people with disabilities.

Interior Renovation of DSK Bank Office – Benkovski

The renovation covers part of the ground floor of the building located at 5 G. Benkovski Street in Sofia, excluding the restaurant and kitchen areas.The project provides workspace for a total of 80 employees, distributed across three sectors. Functional zoning: The layout includes 3 manager offices, 6 meeting rooms with varying capacities (from 4 to 10 people), as well as collaboration areas and spaces for individual work. Former archive rooms are partially transformed into standalone acoustic cabins (silent rooms) for phone calls and focused work.The design preserves the concept of an open and flexible layout (open space), with workstations positioned along the façade to maximize natural daylight. Glass partition walls are used, along with new carpet tiles over a raised floor system and specialized acoustic suspended ceilings (Cleaneo Akustik and HERADESIGN). Lighting fixtures are replaced with energy-efficient LED panels using a DALI system, and the HVAC system is revised, including replacement of ventilation grilles. Special attention is given to acoustics through the use of sound-absorbing panels on walls and ceilings, as well as acoustic desk partitions.

Interior Renovation of DSK Bank Office – Beli Brezi

The “Beli Brezi” bank branch is located on the ground floor of a 12-storey residential building, with direct access from the adjacent sidewalk.The project предусматрива complete interior renovation, including the reorganization of internal spaces and the creation of new functional areas. Renovation, façade transformation, and completion of the unfinished Smart City shopping center into a modern office building with complementary service areas. The property is located on a 1,711 sq m site on Aleksandar Malinov Blvd., in Mladost 1. The building features a footprint of 1,146 sq m and a total above-ground gross floor area of 4,973 sq m. It is designed with three basement levels and four above-ground floors.At Basement Level 1, the originally planned retail units will be converted into a fitness center. The ground floor will retain its commercial function, with space designated for a pharmacy. The upper three floors will accommodate a total of five independent office units. Basement Levels 2 and 3 will maintain their existing function, providing parking spaces.The western and eastern façades at Levels 2 and 3 will be entirely redesigned, featuring a fully glazed curtain wall system that enhances the building’s contemporary appearance and maximizes natural light.

Reconstruction and expansion of Festo Production

Reconstruction, renovation, and expansion of the Festo Production manufacturing complex. The production facility is situated on a 36,836 sq m site, located at 7 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd. and Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., in the Karо Industrial Zone.The project includes the renovation of Workshop 1 on the ground floor of Building 1, along with an extension designed to provide the required area for the production of assembled printed circuit boards (PCBs).Within Building 1, the existing production lines will be dismantled to allow for the development of a new office area and the reconfiguration of existing premises.In Building 3, a new materials warehouse will be constructed, while the existing washing facilities and battery charging rooms will be renovated and reorganized.
