The building is part of Industrial Park Rozhen 41, located in the southern section of the 88,251 sq m site at 41 Rozhen Blvd., in the Iliyantsi West Industrial Zone.The existing structure has a footprint of 2,118 sq m and comprises a single-storey and a three-storey volume.The single-storey section, measuring approximately 90 x 20 m, accommodates the main production area for protein and dessert muesli bars, a temperature-controlled storage zone for raw materials and finished products, and a newly added loading and unloading area. The three-storey section is designed to include a reception area, staff facilities, and office spaces, ensuring a functional integration of administrative and production activities.
