Construction of a new school complex and kindergarten, located on a 15,423 sq m site at Momino Venchev St. and Gorska Polyana St., in the Dragalevtsi district.The educational facility is planned with seven separate buildings, totaling 1,548 sq m of gross floor area. The structures feature one- and two-storey volumes, as well as a basement level, designed to accommodate classrooms for students and children, a language learning center, auxiliary rooms, and teacher offices.The complex includes a dedicated building for food services, comprising a cafeteria, kitchen, and all necessary support spaces. Additionally, a sports hall and a kindergarten building are planned.Both the school and kindergarten are equipped with outdoor sports fields, providing ample space for physical education and recreational activities.
