Extension of the Kontrax-Direct Services facility with a new building, located in the northern section of a 12,745 sq m site at 272 Botevgradsko Shose Blvd., near 46th St., in the Vrazhdebna district.The project involves a mixed-use building with a ground floor and three above-ground levels, featuring a footprint of 1,975 sq m and a total gross floor area of 6,873 sq m. One part of the building accommodates warehouse zones and a service center, while the other section is designed for office spaces and additional storage areas, ensuring an efficient combination of administrative and operational functions.
